Professional coaching is a purposeful and structured dialogue between a coach and a client aimed at personal or professional growth. It involves active listening, powerful questioning, and goal setting to help individuals identify challenges, explore solutions, and develop action plans. Coaches provide support, feedback, and accountability, fostering self-awareness and empowering clients to make informed decisions. These conversations often revolve around specific objectives, such as career advancement, leadership development, or personal well-being. They promote reflection, skill-building, and behavioral change, ultimately guiding clients toward their desired outcomes and unlocking their full potential.
